SP IDMS allows you to change your SPICE account password provided you know your existing password. Please click here to know more.
If your account has invalid login attempts exceeding the maximum retries allowed, then your account will be locked. If you can still remember your password, you may unlock your account by following the steps provided here.
SP IDMS allows you to set or update your SMS alert settings so you can subscribe or un-subscribe to the notification alerts. These notifications will alert you whenever you change/reset your SPICE account password and before the expiry of your SPICE account password. Please click here to know more.
